We give personal and continued attention to your needs to ensure a successful project. Our knowledgeable staff will work with you to understand your project and provide the expertise needed to see it through.
From a minor foundation crack to a new home design, from shop drawings to as-built documentation, from cost estimating to code study review, from additions to structural analysis; we at Nittany Design provide the professional preconstruction and design services needed by homeowners, general contractors, commercial building owners, specialty subcontractors, and others.
All of our projects are performed by a Pennsylvania state licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).

A personal note from Chris…
My interests in design and construction started at a very early age. As far back as I can remember, if I was in a bookstore or the magazine section of a grocery store, I would find the books filled with the latest residential floor plans and designs. I could look at floor plans for hours, walking through the layouts in my mind: through the entry door, into the foyer, past the formal dining room into the kitchen and so on. I love what a home or other building represents for our families, our work and our communities. I have dedicated my work to bringing different aspects of design and construction together to form a unique combination of experience that allows for reliable design for better buildings.
